Decisions made by the Adjudication Panel for Wales are available to view online by case type.

A notice of the decision is usually published in the press. Copies of decisions can be made, for which the office may charge a fee.


  • The tribunal may make arrangements for the publication of its decisions as it considers appropriate, but in doing so shall have regard to the need to preserve the confidentiality of any evidence heard in private and for that purpose the tribunal may redact that part of a decision.
